Common questions

I cannot sign in

Stash2Go signs you in through Ravelry itself, so there is no separate Stash2Go password. If the sign-in window closes without returning, see Start Without Ravelry, which also covers using the app before you have an account.

My row counter is on a different number than my phone

Counters are kept per device and synced; when two devices disagree the app shows you both and asks which to keep. Track Your Rows and Rounds explains the whole flow, including counting with no signal.

I want it on the plane

Choose what comes down before you go and it is all readable offline, patterns and PDFs included. See Use the App Offline.

There is too much on screen (or not enough)

There are three ways to arrange the app, and each kind of device remembers its own. Choose How Much of the App You See.

What do I get for paying, and how do I cancel?

Premium covers what is included and what changes. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancelling happens in their settings, not here.

Where did my pattern PDFs go?

Imported PDFs stay on the device until you back them up. Import Your Own Pattern PDFs and Save and Read Your Pattern PDFs.
